If you love travel, culture and finding out the best bits about different destinations then this blog is for you. In my posts you should expect travel inspiration, reviews and tips. I will be writing about different trips holistically and then reviewing cities separately. I’ve being questioning starting a blog for over a year now but have finally started to take the plunge so I can share my travel experiences with likeminded people and also hopefully gain some suggestions in return.

 

Personal bio

After studying Geography at university and going on various field trips abroad for research, I began to see holidays slightly differently from the multitude of trips to the Canary Islands I had experienced holidaying with my family. It became apparent to me that going to different countries offered far more than sitting by the pool and eating at the all-inclusive buffet.  It was an opportunity to learn about a countries; religion, culture, cuisine, language and people. Since that point I’ve been eager to get on a plane to somewhere new at every possible moment. As a Geography teacher the school holidays facilitate this and in the past 2 years alone I’ve visited over 20 different countries. My main aim is to have visited 60 different countries before I’m 30; currently on 56 with 2 years to go!
